1) Service nature
AURAL is a wellness concierge service. AURAL does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical
conditions.
2) Device Care Authorization
Weekly and Monthly Home Programs require a refundable Device Care Authorization.
This protects equipment and ensures professional boundaries.
- Authorization amount and method are confirmed at booking.
- Authorization is released after pickup and inspection, minus any documented damage.
3) Client responsibilities
- Use the equipment only as instructed during the setup walkthrough.
- Do not move, disassemble, or modify the device or stand.
- Keep away from liquids, pets, and children.
- Report issues immediately.
4) Appointment policy
- Appointments are by appointment only and subject to availability.
- Late arrivals / access issues may reduce service time.

72+ hours before appointment: You may cancel or reschedule for a full refund (100%).
24–72 hours before appointment: You may cancel for a 50% refund, or reschedule one time at
no charge (must be used within 14 days, subject to availability).
Less than 24 hours / No-show: No refund.
5) Privacy
AURAL is designed for discretion. Client information is used only for scheduling and service
delivery.
