AURAL

What exactly is AURAL?

AURAL is a private, in-home red light therapy concierge service. We deliver a full-body panel, place it professionally in your home, and provide simple guidance and support—then pick it up at the end of your program.

Programs

Is this a rental?

AURAL offers Home Programs. Equipment access is included as part of the service: delivery, placement, guidance, support, and pickup.

Start

What’s the best way to start?

The Private Intro Session is the best first step. You experience the setup and guided session, then you can upgrade to a weekly or monthly program for consistency.

Included

What’s included in a Home Program?

Delivery and placement, basic safety walkthrough, a simple protocol suggestion, text support, and scheduled pickup at the end of the program.

Support

Do you provide support during the week/month?

Yes. Programs include text support and a quick check-in after your first session to ensure your setup feels right.

Scheduling

How far in advance should I book?

Earlier is better. Availability is intentionally limited to maintain a premium experience and on-time service.

Care

Do you require a Device Care Authorization?

Yes for weekly/monthly programs. We require a refundable authorization to protect the equipment. It's released after pickup and inspection, minus any documented damage.

Home

Can I move the panel around my home?

For safety and consistency, we recommend leaving it where it’s placed. If you need it moved, message us and we’ll advise the safest option.

Boundaries

What if something stops working?

Message us immediately. We’ll troubleshoot quickly and, when possible, arrange a swap or service visit.

Access

Do I need to be home for delivery and pickup?

Preferably yes. If you’re in a concierge building, alternate access can sometimes be arranged, but it must be confirmed in advance.

Cancel

What’s your cancellation policy?

72+ hours before appointment: You may cancel or reschedule for a full refund (100%).
24–72 hours before appointment: You may cancel for a 50% refund, or reschedule one time at no charge (must be used within 14 days, subject to availability).
Less than 24 hours / No-show: No refund.

Privacy

Is my information private?

Yes. AURAL is built for discretion. We use your information only for booking and service delivery.

No. AURAL is a wellness concierge service. For medical concerns, consult a medical professional.

Comfort

How often should I use it?

We provide general comfort-based guidance and recommend starting conservatively. Consistency matters more than overdoing it.

Eyes

Do I need eye protection?

We provide basic safety guidance and will review eye comfort and positioning during setup. If you have concerns, ask during your appointment.
